About Apple Orchard Map

Apple Orchard Map tracks u-pick apple orchards across the United States — currently 578 orchards in 49 states — with the details that actually decide a visit: when the 2026 season runs, what picking costs and what the price buys, which varieties are grown, and whether there are cider donuts at the end of the row.

How listings are made

Every listing starts from the orchard's own website or official page, cross-checked against state grower associations, extension services, and local sources. The write-ups are ours — nothing is copied from the orchard or from other directories. When we can't confirm something, the listing says so plainly instead of guessing: a missing price shows as "not published," not a made-up number.

What the badges mean

A "2026 dates confirmed" badge means the orchard's own website or official page explicitly posted its 2026 season dates and we read them there ourselves. A listing without the badge isn't worse — many orchards simply post dates a few weeks before opening — but treat any dates you see as last season's until the orchard confirms.

Things change

Orchards adjust hours and close early when a variety is picked out, weather shifts opening weekends, and prices move year to year. We re-check listings each season, but always confirm with the orchard before a long drive. If you spot something wrong, tell us — corrections ship fast.

Who runs this

Apple Orchard Map is an independent directory, part of a small family of seasonal-outing guides. It is supported by advertising; ads never influence which orchards are listed or how they're described.
